The carefully selected matured Assyrtiko comes exclusively from the vineyard of Pyrgos, Santorini, which gives its larger aromatic character, compared to other areas of the island. This Assyrtiko Wild Ferment has a medium lemon color with golden highlights and subtle aromas of honey, lemon, vanilla, toasted bread, peach, wet stone and orange.
