With a vision of the continuous improvement of the quality of its products, customer satisfaction and updating its technology, LESVIGAL proceeded with the construction of a state-of-the-art cheese factory in Vatoussa Lesvos (Mytilene). The new facilities started operating in 2008 with a milk processing capacity of 70tn daily. In the new facilities, a state-of-the-art laboratory also operates by covering every requirement for quality control (microbiological and chemical), both of raw milk and of the final product.
