This Country-Style Filo pastry is ideal for traditional Greek pies, like tiropita and spanakotiropita. Made from coarse-ground flour and water, like it was taught from past generations, it results in an elastic filo that does not shred and has instead a crunchy effect and great taste. It is a fresh (not frozen!) phyllo dough and once received you can store it in the freezer for up to 6 months for greater longevity.
