Smoked Sea Salt comes from the region of Messolonghi, made by pure sea salt smoked in beechwood. The smoking process of the salt lasts over 140 hours, fact that gives it an intense and rich character. It has a dark golden colour, that makes it an impressive finishing salt, but not only! Due to the smokey taste it has, it can enhance the taste of every meal you cook that contains meat, vegetables and legumes.
