Useful Information

This wheat flour pie with sourdough and vegetable fiber has a round and flat shape with a diameter of 17cm. It is suitable for all types of consumers (vegetarians and vegans) except infants <1 year and consumers with declared allergen restrictions. No added sugar.

Preparation tips: spread extra virgin olive oil on the pita bread, add salt or spices and fry it for 2 minutes in a pan. You can also bake it in the oven, on a toaster, or grill to make the perfect sandwiches, pizza or souvlaki.
