Assyrtiko Ammonite is a dry white wine with a unique origin and maturation process. It has a medium lemon color and exuberant aromas of lemon, peach, grapefruit, honey, vanilla and sourdough bread. Its minerality dominates on the nose, without however overshadowing the wine’s premium taste, which can only be described as balanced and elegant. Pair this optimum Assyrtiko wine with a steak or seafood and experience its impressive taste length and complexity.
