This round country-style Filo pastry is ideal for traditional Greek pies, like tiropita, spanakotiropita and xortopita. Made from coarse-ground flour and water, like it was taught from past generations, it results in an elastic filo that does not shred and has instead a crunchy effect and great taste.
This filo dough offers versatility for a wide range of Greek dishes beyond pies. Use it to create flavorful baklava, hearty kreatopita (meat pie), or delicious bougatsa (custard-filled pastry). Get an instant homemade flavor with this 2x500g bundle.
