A wine with a bright yellow color and complex aging aromas, like wood and hazelnut, that greatly balance with the fruity aromas of apple, peach and lemon. Kallisti Reserve is a full-bodied wine with balanced acidity and a long finish accompanied by the typical “metallic” twist of Assyrtiko. A delightful summer wine that pairs perfectly with lobster, pasta with shrimps and even smoked cheeses!

All grapes used to create the Kallisti Reserve are hand harvested and collected to ensure exceptional taste and quality. Part of production undergoes cold soaking to maximize aromas into the must. Finally, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for the end of fermentation and to continue maturation on fine lees for 6 months.
