This 6% fat Greek Straggisto from cow’s milk is produced through a natural straining process, with no industrial shortcuts and no unnecessary additives. Only fresh local milk, time, and craftsmanship.
The result is an exceptionally thick and creamy yogurt, with a full, rounded flavour, naturally enriched with anthogalo, the delicate creamy layer that forms on full-fat milk and gives this yogurt its unmistakable richness and smooth texture from the very first spoon.
This is a full-fat, naturally high-protein yogurt, not artificially enhanced; its strength lies entirely in the quality of the raw milk.
