Santorini Boutari, with its bright yellow color and wonderful aromas of exotic and citrus fruits, is perfectly paired with grilled fish, oysters or a refreshing Greek salad. All grapes are harvested and carefully selected by hand and then cooled at 10°C, before they are destemmed, crushed and pressed. This wine has been awarded numerous times for its distinct taste and excellent quality!

Santorini Boutari has a bright yellow color, an elegant nose with flower aromas of lemon tree and jasmine and a well-structured palate with aromas of exotic and citrus fruits. It is a refined wine with a perceived saltiness, an intense mineral body and a high acidity that gives a delightful finish. All the grapes come from the volcanic and sandy soils of Santorini, while the vines are 50-60 years old!
