The pita are entirely handmade and their bigger size (21cm!!) is ideal for shaping bigger souvlaki. The bread is extremely soft and once heated in the oven or in the frying pan it gets a bit crunchy outside. Awesome! The pitas have a diameter of 21cm and are vegan friendly!
