Kallisti Reserve is a full-bodied wine with balanced acidity and a long finish accompanied by the typical “metallic” twist of Assyrtiko. The wine has a bright yellow color and complex aging aromas, like wood and hazelnut, that greatly balance with the fruity aromas of apple, peach and lemon. This special bundle of 6 bottles of 750ml is perfect for professional use!

Useful Information
The grapes used to create the Kallisti Reserve are hand harvested to ensure exceptional taste and quality. Part of production undergoes cold soaking to maximize aromas into the must. Finally, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for the end of fermentation and to continue maturation for 6 months. It is thus not a surprise that this wine has received many awards.
