This PDO wine from Santorini derives from the best of the native Assyrtiko grapes. Its color is like lemon, yellow and green highlights in the glass, with aromas of green herbs and stone fruits. On the palate, the acidity in combination with the minerality give a very nice intensity to the wine, but without making it overwhelming. This special bundle of 6 bottles of 750ml is perfect for professional use!

The winery took its name from the small island opposite Santorini and is a collaboration between oenologists Vangelis Gerovasiliou, Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Ioannas Vamvakouris. The taste of this delightful white wine can be described with a sharp acidity, structure, minerality, citrus, saltiness and fruity aromas. Pair it with a nice steak or fresh fish!
