Feta doesn’t like air exposure: without proper brine, it can dry out, crumble too fast, and lose its tangy, authentic character. Almi is formulated to recreate the traditional Greek storage conditions, helping your cheese stay firm yet creamy, pleasantly salty, and true to taste.

How to use:

For feta and other cheeses: place the cheese in container and fully cover it with brine. Replace the solution when it turns bright yellow to maintain the original flavour and texture.
For olives and pickles: fill the jar until the content is completely covered. No need to replace the brine.
Storage: keep the bottle at room temperature until opened. Once opened, store in the refrigerator to ensure optimal preservation of feta and other fresh products.
