The Cretan Spicy Graviera with Chili is a bold, flavour-packed variation of one of Crete’s most iconic cheeses. Made from a traditional blend of sheep and goat milk, it is enhanced with boukovo chili flakes (crushed red pepper), delivering a medium, well-balanced heat that elevates the cheese without overpowering its natural richness.

 

Its semi-hard texture makes it extremely versatile: firm enough to slice or cube, yet beautifully meltable when grilled or baked. On the palate, it opens with the creamy depth of Cretan milk, followed by a warm, aromatic chili finish that lingers just long enough to make you reach for another bite.
