Donkey and goat milk kefir from the mountains of Kastoria, Greece.
Crafted by the Avramidis family since 1974, this kefir combines organic goat milk with donkey milk, a rare milk long prized in Greek rural tradition.
The animals graze on the highlands of Western Macedonia on a carefully controlled diet. The milk is collected daily and fermented into a silky drink with live cultures, under FSSC-certified standards.

Una parola sola ci dice che qualcosa non è andato, ma non cosa: il kefir di asina e capra è fermentato con colture vive e ha un’acidità più netta di uno yogurt, e al primo assaggio può sorprendere, mentre se il problema era lo stato delle bottiglie all’arrivo o la data stampata sull’etichetta è un’altra cosa e vogliamo vederla. I had not tried this product before. The consistency is very watery, compared to other products I had tried (mostly not donkey's milk but goat's or cow's). I personally would not buy this again but was eager and bought a few.
