Product Description

The Creamy Excellence of Mount Parnassos

Experience the authentic taste of Hellenic tradition with our Manouri PDO, a premium semi-soft cheese produced exclusively in the mountainous regions of Parnassos. Renowned for its snow-white colour and dense, velvety texture, Manouri is widely considered one of Greece's most sophisticated cheeses.

Unlike traditional Feta, Manouri offers a milder, sweeter aromatic profile, achieved through a masterful blend of sheep and goat’s milk enriched with fresh cream. This 1.9kg whole bar is the perfect choice for culinary versatility: exceptional crumbled over fresh salads, delicious when lightly grilled, or even used as a base for refined desserts paired with honey and walnuts.

  • Texture: Extremely creamy and melt-in-the-mouth.
  • Flavour: Sweet, milky, with subtle citrus undertones.
  • Format: 1.9kg whole bar, vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and aroma.
