Mastiha Powder, 50 g of Chios mastic ground with inulin.

Mastiha is the resin of the mastic tree, which grows only in the south of Chios. Ground to a fine powder and blended with inulin, it keeps the clean pine-and-cedar aroma of the raw tears while dissolving easily.

How to use it

  • Stirred into water, juice or a smoothie
  • In yogurt, ice cream and desserts
  • In baking, breads and custards
