If you have ever dreamt of recreating the authentic taste of Mediterranean traditions in your own kitchen, it all begins with the leaf. Our vine leaves are exclusively selected from the tender top shoots of the plant during the month of May. This is the secret to their incredible tenderness, making them supple and easy to fold without tearing.
Every single leaf is a small masterpiece of craftsmanship. We process them by hand one by one, removing the stems and preserving them in a delicate brine within just a few hours of harvest. This rapid "field-to-jar" process preserves their vibrant colour, silky texture, and all the natural nutrients of the young spring leaf.
