Adoro il pane pita e questo è ottimo. Non è facile trovare il pita a Roma e nemmeno greco. Sono molto soddisfatta, la confezione è abbondante e si possono surgelare. Basta scaldarlo 2 minuti, potendo spalmare del burro o spruzzare del buon olio di oliva extra vergine, con o senza sale.

Store owner replied: Hi Carla, the pitas you ordered are fresh (they were produced the night before shipping). From the label you shared, we see that the manufacturer states that they can be kept out of the refrigerator until 02/06 and then stored in the refrigerator until 02/13. After that, you can store them for a further 12 months in the freezer. You can check the product sheet on our website for more information, in the Storage Conditions section.
